I lost 36 pounds using weightwatchers and one of the biggest changes for me was drinking adequate amounts of water each day. I noticed an improvement in my skin and my hair, my sleep and my moods. Many of my fellow WW members indicated the same improvements. Oh, and I did need a few additional trips to the john at first, but my body adjusted after a short while
