 How do you induce YOUR astral projections?!?!?!
I have found it very difficult to purposefully induce an astral projection. they more often than not happen to me in the middle of a nap or when im asleep when i suddenly realize..."hey im in the astral"
another serious problem I have is whenever I am beginning the astral projection, I cannot, for the life of me no matter how hard I try, strength wise or willing myself, I cannot seem to disconnect from my physical body so I can begin my Astral Travels. It seems like I am cemented in the physical body when I can see thru my astral eyes.
ANY TIPS??? ERIN SPECIFICALLY?? I sure would like to know how you induce astral projections by bringing on the tingling sensation (i.e how you do it, what thoughts you think to induce it, how long it takes, etc...) after reading your post on how you dealt with the astral vampire....
