Default This is what I have learned:

People are always very willing to help out students in any way they can. For example, if you start a business you may find it very easy to get clients in whatever field you are in because people look at college students and admire what they are doing; especially if you are starting a business. This doesn't mean that you have to create a huge business that requires large funding. A small service business is great to get you through college.

I have found that word of mouth works very well for college students who are self employed. And believe me... This is what I currently do now to get me through college. I am self employed. I do home improvement work for people all throughout my city and every one of my customers is by word of mouth. I don't plan to build this into a big company. I have the freedom to study and work anytime I want without any limitations and the pay is great (because I set it ). You will have to find something that you are relatively skilled in. I learned some of my skills while growing up and working on projects with my dad and others from just trying it out and getting it right the first time. Believe it or not, many of my clients will let me do something that I don't even know how to do but they have seen that I can follow directions out of a book quite well. And I do tell them that I have never done that before.

I really think they trully enjoy helping out college students. I hope this helps and send me a message if you want me to go any further into this.
