There are a few ways you can look at this problem and its up to you what you decide...
The first is the universe the "Macrocosm" is in fact Conscious and as such has free will, and thus it is choosing what to send you, you must assume that what it sends is exactly right for you whether you see that or not. And as Buddhists like to tell you "When the student is ready the "Teacher" appears" Now teacher can be interpreted many ways, it can be a physical person, a thought, a road sign or just literally a big bag of money. Its down to you though my friend as to whether you allow this "Outside" consciousness to give you need. And to simply accept that when you are ready, you'll get what you are ready for.
The second is one more rooted in your own psyche, perhaps as has been said before, you are really just not stating your own intentions clearly enough. Perhaps you think of yourself too bombastically and need to be more humbled in your approach. Perhaps you do not fully understand the process of Intention Manifestation, I won't go into detail partly because I don't know how much you know and partly because it would be bombastic of ME to state I know more than you. I am only suggesting, NOT scolding.
And then of course there is the simple excuse that maybe your are recieveing a sort of "Alpha reflection" and your intention is on its way, whatever you ar recieving that seems to be wrong or you are somehow against may just be part of the whole.
and finally remember what we are talking about is technically theoretical. It cannot be proved through tangible means as long as words such as luck, free will and choice are still used so freely, interchangeably and ignorantly in todays society...
