InJoy- I meant that you blackout and then either a guide "wakes" them up or they suddenly experience there higher being. Something like that I don't remember exactly I haven't read seth speaks for a while.
Elodawna- First, what I said before happens: guides find you and take you to (if you have had difficult life) an "astral hospital" so to speak, a place to rest and come to terms with your previous existence. There, people can relive parts of there life over. If someone committed suicide that person would relive (in a sort of lucid dream) that part of there life and change the ending, so the person can get over it. You also council with your guides and whoever to help you understand the lessons that can be gleaned from that life. Then when you are ready emotionally and accustomed to the "desire plan" or the astral plane (whatever you call it) you then reconnect with your higher self, past lives etc. etc.
Then if you have another physical incarnations planned or if you want another physical reincarnation you then decide what you want to learn and you get suggestions from wiser beings you plan your life experiences and embark to you new body. Of course there are many variations of this. You have absolute free-will you are not going to be forced to do any of it. You can take all the time you want or as little time as you want etc.
