I recently discovered something amazing -- unconditional love is a choice you make.

making a decision to be unconditionally loving to to all that is encountered.... This means one has to learn to love even a garbage can." (bolded by me

After making that decision recently, all the unconscious obstacles/beliefs obstructing that decision now rises into conscious awareness to be healed and released.
I'm now going through every single person that I've ever been in contact with, and learning to love all of them. With many of them, this knot of fear/hate/envy/desire rises up in my 2nd/3rd chakras, but by staying with and not resisting the sensations, and letting them go, all the crap leaves and eventually only unconditional love remains.
