I can definitely relate, but I haven't quite mastered how to overcome my own depression a lot of the time, so I don't know that I cold actually give you any helpful advice except maybe to look into therapy. I know that talking to someone outside of your situation can sometimes help! |
I just read this and I can see that is stuff I do instictively when I notice I'm getting depressed.
