Do you just want to just graduate or do you want to graduate with a good GPA? Do you plan on going to professional school or graduate school?
Unless it is possible for you to take more summer classes, it is not likely that you will be able to graduate next Spring. Going to the Dean may work. Maybe they can give you credit for a class you did poorly in in previous semester, but you'll need very good excuses to give them the reason to do so. Maybe you can ask them to bend the rules. But I would assume for private universities they would be more stringent in enforcing the rules to protect their reputation. However, that does not mean they won't do anything for you. Talk to your adviser and dean.
