I found monitoring my time usage gives great insight into where the time goes and figuring out connections between my activities and how I feel. For example, a lack of sleep causes me to feel tired

Actually, I found if I regularly slept less than 8 1/2 hours, I started feeling more and more drained and that I often needed the weekend sleep ins to re charge or I'd feel worse the next week.
