paraliminals (and even the first couple of levels of holosync) are fine for playback at .mp3 compression levels (this was addressed on holosync's faq page, and probably somewhere on this forum as well).
i rip all of my paraliminals to itunes in apple's aac format, simply because that's how i rip all of my music. i can tell a little bit of difference in sound quality (but i'm a recording musician), but nothing that would impact the effectiveness of the technique.
uncompressed audio will be exactly the same as the cd, but it eats tons of memory and is unnecessary for paraliminals. |
