Lightworkers absolutely can be businesspeople. Steve comes to mind. Probably none of you have met Gary Johnson, but he's also an incredibly wealthy lightworker businessperson. And I'm working on it.
But
you can only be a lightworker businessperson if you're a lightworker. If you're only trying to give stuff away to prove you're a lightworker, then you're going to end up emptied and broken. If you're secretly harboring a belief that the world is limited and you have to compete with everyone for resources, you're just going to sabotage yourself. So you have to decide first what you want to do.

might compete with me because he knows some of my future plans.i know i was foolish but i wanted to be a lightworker that time and not a dark one

I don't think you were foolish. I think you were kind and generous to give another assistance. To give others not only wealth, but the ability to create their own wealth, is the very essence of lightworking.

Some of this depends on your friend. If he is a darkworker and unwilling to work with you, then you may have to bid it farewell. I still wouldn't consider you foolish - one thing lightworkers have to understand is that you can't be robbed of what you freely give away. If he chooses to take your ideas and plans and build them to reality, then grant him that gift with your blessing, and know that you will be repaid for it.
But I see plenty of opportunities for you both to win, here. Merge the businesses. Buy him out. Stop hiring him as an employee and contract all of that type of work to his new business. Refer business to each other (odds are good that there's some kind of work that you hate and he loves. So let him do it!). Form a cooperative. There's no reason that you have to lose in order for him to win, or vice-versa.
But it all comes down to what you want to do. Personally, I enjoy the company of lightworker businesspeople much more. You can talk freely with them, and they'll help you make your idea work instead of pointing out why it won't. They'd rather have the business that comes from making
your business work than the small amount of revenue they could get from stealing your idea.
But that's a personal preference. Some people, especially those polarized to the dark side, would go nuts at all the wishy-washy, lovey-dove cooperation stuff. What gets them going is a good, old-fashioned race. That's perfectly good, too.
The question is, who do
you want to be?
Your business will run fine either way.
