I have one other quick recommendation. As you use my memory technique, taking naps after a session is VERY helpful. The process of sleep actually helps your new memories stick. This is a bit of advice that I always give my students. Also, I will update my article to include this advice as well.

I have been using this technique for years with great success! I did a quick google search to support my claims regarding memory and sleep, and I found this (among several other articles): ScienceDaily: Study Shows How Sleep Improves Memory

I like to use my memory technique, then take a nap, and then repeat my technique. This allows the memories to stick VERY nicely.
