Erin can you tell me how to control my abilities.

As a little kid I used to see prana with my eyes, somehow I "lost" this ability as I grew up and forgot about it. I've seen it again tho, so I havent lost it. Just want to learn how to control it.
I was psychic a whole week, so I know this is hidden in me too, actually I was glad it dissapeared, I always knew what was going to happen the next 5 minutes, it was a curse really.
I constantly see energy dancing in the wall, whatever that means, I heard from a enlightening guru it is the Brahman energy, the formless God energy.
I also see aura around my fingers sometimes, this one I would like to increase so I can see real aura's.

Is there anyway I can learn to control these abilities?
