i have smoked since I was 15 years old. Thats a long time to have been pulling that smoke into my lungs. Tried numerous times to quit with the patch, the gum, cold turkey, you name it. The problem is that I truly enjoy it because I'm wrather hyper active so when I just need a nice break or simply have nothing to do but stand outside; I need something in my hand to do!

The other problem though is when my chest begins to hurt and my voice grown raspy with a smokers cough for 6 months out of the year. That is a problem my friend. I have read though that there are meditative healing techniques one can do to rid of the damage caused by smoking. Haven't found any references on the techniques though, just seen where people claimed to have rid of the effects. Does anyone know of any references on this?

The smoking part of this thread should be split to a new thread by the way, don't you all think?
