I would just try to find some other piece of software as close to yours and charge 2-3x the price . But, if your software is highly specialized, you can charge even more than the similar pieces of software, as your customer doesn't really have other alternatives and your software provides him with a great value probably. I just have a feeling that this would work out. If 'someone' won't be hesitatant to pay the price, you can charge for tech support separately too, otherwise just tell him it's in the price.
