So the site drew me in and had my eyes as big as quarters........... I would say this is a site dedicated to conspiracies? I am at work so unfortunately I cannot delve as deep as I would like to but how would one venture to prove the validity of all of this?

I was rather put off by the Tuskegee Syphilis Study and the Ring Worm Children story seems to be too horrific to believe BUT, I don't doubt conspiracies at all.
