The part of you that is aware of "I-ness" is the same as everyone else's, which is why we are all One. But our consciousness/life/soul is individually our "own", although with deep spiritual work you see that consciousness goes on by itself without "your" intervention at all, because you are not your consciousness, you are what is aware of your consciousness. |
We are all conscious, but what I really am is awareness of that consciousness, my true self, true being is the awareness.
