Bashar talked about it--- it is the worst thin you can do...expect something appear in your reality before you shift yourself 1st.
1st you change your beliefs,and you keep continuing it. the fact that you dont expect it to change your reality all in a moment,it is when you re showing the FAITH IT IT.in you and in your capabilities of your manifestation skills.
you will see that in a particular situation,that will appear,exaclty like in your !past,if you really had shifted,you will see the difference,when you re-act differently to that situation.
ONLY THEN! the reality will shift too....
