I have a wide experience and he has none ,so most of the time i would be only giving,and in any business its your unique ideas and knowledge that sets you apart from your competitors and help you grow your business,the question is not much about the sole guy because if i start keeping a darkworker mindset i think i can tackle it easily, but the main thing is this is just a start for me i have another part-time employee now and soon i would hiring one more and i feel that i wont like to make them see their own good by starting a business or they wont work with me and history would repeat itself.The main thing is,Is it possible to be a light workers while doing business ? How could i justify keeping an employee to myself if i decide to remain a lightworker,i know its more of a mindset thing but i want to be on one side deeply rather than being between
