Since you're currently a college student, you're tapped into a potentially huge niche market. Find a way to provide value to college students. The easiest way to do this is to find problems. Pay attention to your everyday life. Listen to your friends. Eavesdrop on people in the coffeeshop line. Make a list of all of the problems you hear in one week.
Then see if you can solve any of them. If there's a lack of good DJs, set up a service like Matt did. If the snacks in the coffeeshop suck, see about selling baked goods on the student center lawn. If you solve a problem, people will pay you for it.
