Are there any other web boards devoted to personal effectiveness and personal development?

I tried life hacker, but I found the graphics and organization of the site to be too busy and the site itself to be too low traffic to make it worth my time.

I would like to find a web board for personal development that does not have an emphasis on things like intention manifestation or parapsychology.

I don't mean any offense to Steve or Erin with that point and I would like to ask people to not criticize them in this thread.

This board is *their* board which they run with their own money and time. What they want to focus on is fair and well. Nobody is forcing anyone to be here.

Their interests are just not my interests.
