Interesting question.... but what about the idea that some victims are just as responsible as the perpetrator because of their actions. Say I am a bully... and then I get shot by one of my victims. Would that not be just desserts for me? Or let's say I am a bystander.... that sees the torment, yet I do nothing to stop it. And the victim goes on a murderous rampage, and murders me too. Am I not deserving of such a fate... because I witnessed the cruelty done ... yet stayed silent?
