Read up on the definitions of FAITH and TRUST. Both of these are required for Conscious use of the LOA. We all use the law unconsciously and it requires no faith or trust to do so, we simply maintain the status quo via our observations and reactions to events around us. To use the law pro-actively requires believing before seeing. So.....you will not always see evidence.
