I like speaking in terms of individuals. As you said, some alphas are good and some are bad. They do their thing, that's for sure. And it keeps the world moving. Sometimes they drop jaws and inspire awe and sometimes they cause people to sneer in resentment. We can't judge alpahs as a group. I'm stating the obvious, but I wanted to say it anyway. LOL
I think if you are one, you need to be one. If you're not, that's okay. People make their contributions in all different kinds of ways - and we can never say that one way is better than the other. Whatever you are, just be it all the way.
Personally, I like them. They fill the air with respect and confidence. They are clear about who they are and what they are doing. And that's good because I hate being soft and I hate beating around the bush.
