it is really interesting how you guys have the courage to consider changing your career when things go extremely bad or when you find "the secret to the happiness" for the rest of your life
i wish i have the same courage to do so
actually when i posted this thread i was facing this problem i am working as a developer and i like it alot and then comes an offer to become a university instructor and i had to pause ....
I like my job alot despite that i am in a small company and with only 2 developers and one project ... but i am learning and i am happy ...
so i had these arguments with my family and they said that i must be insane to refuse an offer that is at least 3 * my current salary ... prestige ...etc.
the good news that i didnt officially get the offer yet and so i dont have to choose now
