You'll get a great idea of the kinds of foods we eat, but to give you a smattering of ideas in this thread.
Breakfast: oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, bagels with vegan cream cheese, tofu scramble, muffins, fruit and fruit smoothies, tempeh bacon.
Lunch: sandwiches, salads, wraps, veggie burgers
Dinner: herb crusted cutlets, bbq riblets, tofu steaks, mock chicken strips, mashed potatoes, corn, carrot sticks, veggie stir fry, veggie burgers, pasta
