I recognize my past Self very much in what you wrote.
You might be a scanner, you already read my article, I really recommend Barbara Sher's book, it'll clarify a lot for you.
There might also be other things blocking you, alternatively, or additionally.
For example the pressure you put on yourself about going big and doing incredible things. Sometimes, our path looks a lot less spectacular than that at the beginning, but the baby steps require a lot of inner strength.
Maybe you also have some block on your third eye, which prevents you from seeing the truth of your path and of who you are. It's like going around blind. This was my case, and I kept searching and searching for the right path for years until this block was removed. Then I found my path and started my practice.

I am still a scanner, and I will always be a scanner. Aside from being a healer, I just need to do other things. My boyfriend says I am an outstanding programmer. I am also learning my fifth language. But I don't have this torturing uncertainty of "This feels wrong. Am I really doing the right thing?" anymore.
You also probably have some limting beliefs and negative mental or emotional patterns, like your fear of failure. You'd need to let go of them if you want to relax into taking persistent action.
Sending you love and fulfillment.
