I exercise both mornings and evenings. During the week, mornings I do step aerobics or lift weights or a combination of both. Evenings I walk four miles. On the weekends, I ride my bike at least 15 miles each morning. I think the fresh air is as important as the exercise, thus I try to get into the great outdoors each day for a while.
