I decided to try to switch to biphasic sleep, and I'm now on day 2 in the adaption period. I'm doing the 1.5/4.5 (core sleep from 1:30 to 6:00am, naps 7:00 to 8:30pm) split.
Just one problem - I can't fall asleep at all during my naps.

Is this something that I eventually will be able to after some time? I'm pretty tired during the day, but still can't fall asleep during the nap.
