It's really weird - I never used to have any dreams like that until I restarted therapy, and since then I've had half a dozen or so!
(I think I'm the only person I know who
hasn't had a "naked in public" dream. But then, I do get dreams where I go to a public toilet and there's no privacy at all. I have a lot of those.)
Actually, no, I used to have a lot of those, but now my dreams are great!
I get a lot of flying dreams and lucid dreams that make me wake up with a smile. What a way to start my day!
