I was at the gym at 7am this morning. It's 11.30AM and can't work. I'm SO tired. How do you get energized after a workout? I've been following my trainer's routine for weeks now, and I don't get so tired while I'm at the gym or on the way home, but about 1h after ending the workout (which is when I start working after shower, coming back home and having something to eat) I feel like if I had never slept in my whole live.
Am I the only one?
