You are correct in that the secret to weight loss is to burn more calories as fuel than ingested as food causing the body to consume calories stored in the body.
Is is easier to loose weight than to initiate the lifestyle changes and new habits which will enable a person to maintain a healthy weight than it is to loose weight.
Plan ahead and visualize your life after the weight loss phase to building a healthier physical, mental and emotional self. I wish I could help every person who wishes to loose weight think about health and maintenance after the weight loss phase.
