It takes a deficit of 7,000 calories to loose 1kg of fat. therefore everytime you have this energy deficit you will loose 1kg of fat. Any other faster methods of weight loss i.e a kilo a day, are just temporary water losses- may help you squeeze into a smaller size for a day or two but will quickly return. Unfortunately you need to either eat less or exercise more to get the calorie deficit going. My advice if you want to loose weight quickly take up long distance hiking- walking for 7-8 hours a day for a week int he wilderness and not taking any junkfood with you should be a surefire receipe- that's why health farms work. But then you have to make long term changes to maintaint he loss!
