Why do you have to find your spiritual self in yourself?
Billions of humans are roaming the surface of the earth.
You can easily find yourself among them.
You don't have to sit in a "lotus" position for
hours and hours and meditate like some do. And for what?
To find yourself? Give me a break.
The best meditation is "living and breathing" among
other humans and by serving them. Doing something
good for others is the best way of "spiritualizing" yourself.
You cannot find your spiritual being on your own. You have
to find yourself among others.
Millions go to bed with empty stomach. Because they
are on a diet? Did anybody here in the U.S. think that
they might not be able to afford a piece of bread?
You can easily find your spiritual self among them by
helping them get at least a quarter of that toast that
most people throw away here in the U.S. They buy
so much I have seen it rot in their fridge.
Find your spiritual self by feeding them. Some don't
eat for days.
Don't talk about spirituality by sitting on your asses here in
the U.S. People are dying of starvation, of famine, of diseases
and you guys are worried about your f****** spirituality.
That's the arrogance and the ignorance of the American people.
Open your eyes, stop and smell the roses.
Go out and help those people who really need help.
You will find your spiritual self. You don't have to find
it. It will find you. Start "LIVING" among humans.
We have heard since childhood "Love thy neighbor".
How many of us do that? Really? And I am not talking about
loving and f****** your neighbor's wife or husband.
