Default My thoughts

I have my wife all setup with Quicken for just our personal expenditures (checkbook only) BUT if I were tracking my whole personal life, I would use quickbooks vs. quicken or money for the simple reason that once you get to know the program it's very "manipulable" and intuitive. Quicken and Money is setup to "think" for you, and assumes you're a certain level of computer saviness, which is really great, but if you are at least a little more skilled than average, quickbooks is a great bet. it is "double entry" vs. quicken and money which lets you 'get away' with more, but really, with just a tiny bit of skill you can get past that.
