If it were me, I'd post a message on my blog inviting people to my house (or some other meeting location -- I'm assuming no time to plan in advance), and offer a free impromptu workshop on personal growth. Based on whoever happened to show up on such short notice (whether 1 person or 10), I'd do my best to work out a custom program on the spot to address their greatest challenges. I'd have food brought in for lunch, and take advantage of the brainpower in the room to do group brainstorming for each person as well as sharing my own advice and ideas. The goal would be to give each person as much of a boost as possible.
I think reaching out to help others is really the best way to accelerate our own growth. I love blogging of course, but I usually experience bigger personal gains from face-to-face interaction, so that's the medium I'd chose in this case.
For several months Erin and I actually did something along these lines, hosting a small group in our living room each week. I enjoyed it quite a bit. We even tried things like group telepathy experiments.
