So here's an interesting question to ponder...
If you had 24 hours to become a radically "better" (i.e. more developed, enlightened, etc.) human being what would you do?
Here are some things that jump to mind:
#1 - Meditation - Extremely powerful for feeling grounded, balanced, fearless, etc.
#2 -
Afformations - Love this even though I was just recently introduced to them.
#3 - Exercise - Duh.

Either an intense strength training or power yoga session significantly improves my life every time.
#4 - Reading ridiculously powerful stuff - Emerson. Wilber. Pavlina.
What else would you do if you absolutely knew you had to be a radically better person 24 hours from now?
