Hang on, you put a number in an envelope? How were you supposed to see that in an astral state? Can you see through paper? When I'm astral I can't open an envelope in the physical world, take out a piece of paper, and scan it. My hand would go right through it.

In my astral experiences I've had both situations that Negate and Miles are describing. In some, I expected to see something a friend set up but I could not. And in some of my experiments I could. I never was able to discern why it worked in some cases and not others. But I didn't draw a conclusion from that; only determined more tests were necessary.

I'm sure there is a lot more to the astral realm and being in an astral state than I can discern on my own or even from reading other people's experiences. You must constantly experiment with an open mind. Be open to all possibilities.
