Default Suggestions for exercises to improve on emotional wellbeing

Can anyone provide any brain exercises to improve mental (and emotional) wellbeing?

For example, I've heard that training the cerebellum can overcome such disorders as adhd, Asperger's syndrome, dyslexia and the like. Exercises such as tai chi, balancing exercises, juggling, and horizontal movement of the eyes, exercise this part of the brain.
