Just yesterday I took a nice, slow walk over the boulevard here. Walking next to the water, breathing the fresh air, walking slowly and mostly observing the birds (are geese and swans birds too?).
I watched the water, felt the wind against my skin, and really relaxed, came to peace with myself.
Watching those animals was amazing too actually, I'm looking at most of them as Zen masters now.

They just go their way, just eating the grass or floating on the water, not showing any stress at all. Sometimes one bird scares away the other, but it hardly takes a second before they both go on as if nothing happened.
I walked on in between the geese, who seemed to be pretty comfortable with me, since they didn't run away, and a bit further I crouched down for a while to watch two mice in a bush full of sparrows.
A woman walking her dog came by and asked what I was looking at, she scared away pretty quickly when I told her..)
Anyway, although this wasn't anything like the woods (man made structures and 'pollution' everywhere), I still came to be very calm and at peace with nature.
If I were you I'd definetly spend more time there, it sounds wonderful.
But does it have wireless internet?
