Vegan Frech Toast
Okay not a health food, but a total hit with everyone who's tried it. Another wing it recipe...so just get it to a consistency* that you like.
Dredge your choice of vegan bread in the following mixture:
Soy milk
Flour
Peanut Butter
Tiny bit of nutritional yeast (optional)
*Just mix this all together until it's thinner than a milkshake, but not too runny.
Drop your coated bread in the frying pan with enough oil that it doesn't stick, but not too much that your eating mostly oil. flip them occasionally so you get a nice golden brown color and serve with syrup.
Everybody loves this vegan french toast....it's beyond easy too.
