Hello everyone,
I am new at the whole fasting thing. But I have gone on a four day water fast. I admite my main motive was to lose some weight but you know during this four day fast I had a lot more happening to me than just weight loss. A scar on my left leg disappeared about 50% and a growth in my mouth from post pregnancy hormones was shrinking on its own! My goal was to go on a 10 day water fast but my husband made me eat::

I was so excited about my discovery that I anounced it to the world but in return I got alot of
negative feedback and fear for my health comments. Not many people are advocates for fasting. But most of those people have never tryed a four day fast let alone tryed one at all. I have no way of backing up my experience except to say try it for your self. You may not be dissapointed.
