Default Reality

Gidday CameronS. I have used ZMA for years, and have plenty of experience with others using it. For it to be of any use, you need to be training extremely hard. ZMA would also be useful if your diet was poor, and lacking in vitamins and minerals. If you train really hard, making sure you have enough useable zinc and magnesium will definitely help your recovery, and help keep immunity high, in turn keeping you healthy and relaxed, possibly helping sleep. You will also have enough zinc to help normal testosterone production. However don't think ZMA is some magic pill which will boost testosterone noticeably through the roof, and cause you to sleep like a baby. Again, unless you are involved in extremely heavy training loads, or have poor nutrition, you won't notice much. Having said that, my experience in personal training is that the average diet is pretty poor (putting it politely). It's not hard for people to be lacking zinc and magnesium, and ZMA is the best, actually useable (also value) Zinc/Magnesium supplement available.
