First of i am only talking about paranormal in reference to this topic and nothing else. And what falls in paranarmol category for me IN this TOPIC! is the existence of creatures and demons in the astral plane. So take the entire scope of what i said in context not just the OBE part!
Second i learned how to OBE from a great friend of mine who also teeches alot of people. We see it from a differant viewpoint and from personal expierience its easy to teach someone how to AP(OBE) since its only mental meditation that needed. And from our viewpoint its not a Ability thats need to be devolped. And in no way whatsoever did i tell anyone to believe what i say is the truth because i cleary said in my post "I believe" if was expressing my opinions and facts about fictional myth about vampires and my knowledge of vampire folk lore and AP
and you are 100& correct everyone has their own perspective about the universe and i mearly expressed mine you have no obligation to see thing the way i do!
The Mind is a powerfull tool that not always fully understood.
And me and my friends base our assumptions of AP(OBE) on test that we have done in controlled circamstances and have came to the conclusion that the OBE was all in our heads not on the outside or the astral plane
