Wizards sixth rule, as cited from Terry Goodkinds book, Faith of The Fallen (A smashing read by a smashing author) is this:

The only sovereign you can allow to rule you is reason.



Whilst I enjoyed reading what you said, Mindreality, I just didn't....click with it. Its the main problem I have with Christianity (and all religions) this devotion to an external sovereign being (usually incomprehensible to mere mortals) and that happiness can only be achieved by surrendering to it...As soon as I see that alarm bells start going off so...

So good post in my opinion, but its just not for me.
