In the meantime, I'm working on clearing my chakras. I did the "spinning" exercise for about thirty minutes last night. I worked on my root chakra for about twenty minutes all on its own, and never did get a clear, fast-spinning red. Other chakras seemed less muddy when I tried, though my heart chakra was looking even more clogged than my root. I guess I expected to be through the whole gamut in one "session", but now I'm thinking I'll just keep working at it and not concern myself too much with how long it takes. After all, I didn't even know they were there until recently.
