Studies have shown that people's body temperature has a twelve hours cycle... it raises for twelve hours and decrease for the next twelve hours... and, we are more energetic when our body temperature is on the "high" cycle...
Now, for some people that "high" cycle is at night... and for others it is in daytime... so, we should schedule important activities (creative work, exercises etc...) during the high peak...
I'm a night owl... so, that's when I create and exercise...
