Hi Kiran and welcome ,

A very intriguing way to go in a fast and it will be interesting to see how well your energy levels hold up. One school of thought in fasting (Russian experts in particular) encourages 3 hours of walking per day, so it's not as if this practice is untested and unsafe. The other major school of thought encourages maximal rest which will allow our limited energies to bring the highest possible levels of cleansing and healing. I have personally experienced both types of fasting. If you have a lot of fat to burn, i strongly believe your plan can go a long way in helping you to accomplish this.

Something i would be curious to see in literature is how much our muscle is preserved in a fast with so much exercise. I would think that our fat and ketones would continue to provide about 90% of the fuel for this type of gentle exercise and thus muscle would be preserved in proportion to a resting fast while massive amounts of extra calories are burned and metabolism remains significantly higher. Do you happen to have any literature on the preservation of muscle while exercising aspect of this?

Please keep us posted. Best wishes!
