Thanks, Jay bee. The quote you posted resonates so much with me - I was trying to get happy from a very negative place. It was hard as hell and wasn't working out very well! I will check out that link when I have a chance. It is painful, but I am truly interested in making it a learning, growing, health enhancing experience.
