7:05 p.m. 8:00 p.m. Make a schedule and a gym log for the next day.
8:00 p.m. 8:05 p.m. Get a bottle of water, take my medicine, eat a banana, and drink a protein shake.
8:05 p.m. 8:50 p.m. Go over my daily journals and compare to my schedules.
8:50 p.m. 9:00 p.m. Take my contacts out, brush my teeth, get undressed, and pray.
9:00 p.m. 5:00 a.m. Sleep.

I also write in my journal when I have time left over from making my next day's schedule.
